A soft almond based cookie, filled with bright fruit preserves, and made with simple, naturally gluten‑free and vegan ingredients. 

Ingredients: almond flour (blanched almonds), pure maple syrup, almond butter (roasted almonds), fruit preserves (strawberries, cherries, redcurrants, raspberries, sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin) oat flour (ground rolled oats), coconut oil, arrowroot powder, flaxseeds, almond extract (water, alcohol, benzaldehyde), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), pure vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), sea salt.
