🔄 Refunds, Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we bake to order:

 

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before Monday at 12:00 AM (before we begin ingredient prep).

• After this cutoff, cancellations cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Missed pickup

• Shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Minor cosmetic imperfections (cookies may shift slightly during transit)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.

 

📮 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

If your package is delayed or lost:

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related delays.
