Refund policy
🔄 Refunds, Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we bake to order:
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before Monday at 12:00 AM (before we begin ingredient prep).
• After this cutoff, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
• Missed pickup
• Shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
• Minor cosmetic imperfections (cookies may shift slightly during transit)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.
📮 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.
If your package is delayed or lost:
• Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
• We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related delays.
