📬 Shipping (Within New York State Only)

We are a NYS‑approved Home Processor, which means we can ship our baked goods anywhere within New York State. At this time, we cannot ship out of state.

• All orders ship every Wednesday.

• Orders are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery time.

• Transit times vary by location, but most NYS orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, we take extra care with packaging to help protect your cookies from heat. However, we cannot guarantee that items won’t soften or melt in transit

📮 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

If your package is delayed or lost:

• Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

• We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related delays.
